Underwater non dispersible cement slurry is a new type of grouting material used for engineering defect repair and sealing. By adding a high water reducing agent, the fluidity of the cement slurry is greatly improved. Through its own fluidity, small and narrow water passage and gaps can be filled. By adding a water resistant dispersant, the cement slurry has good cohesion and water resistance dispersion, Reduce the cement particles washed away by water in the cementitious material, ensuring that the water slurry has high strength and frost resistance durability.

Through practical engineering applications, it has been proven that the technical scheme and route for repairing engineering defects using underwater non dispersed cement slurry are reasonable and feasible. However, in actual use, there are still the following issues that need to be addressed.

1) The impact of dynamic water on the pouring process of underwater non dispersed cement slurry.

2)The coordination between the working performance and anti dispersion performance of underwater non dispersed cement slurry.

3)Further research is needed on how to prepare underwater non dispersed cement slurry with excellent working performance and high strength.

In response to these issues, starting from the aspect of additives, we attempt to apply the Baosheng series products to underwater non dispersible cement slurry. Baosheng series products are a type of slurry plastic modified polymer that can improve the coagulation effect of the slurry through different concentration ratios. In addition, we attempt to further improve the anti dispersion ability of the slurry under dynamic water conditions.

The following video shows the effect of using the Baosheng series products.

At present, the configuration of the slurry is in the stage of performance improvement. In the future, we will start from various aspects, by changing the proportion of raw materials and introducing new additives, to improve the slurry's ability to resist dynamic water erosion while ensuring that it can solidify normally underwater and has standard compressive strength. We will also carry out research on improving the ion erosion problem faced by underwater non dispersed cement slurry in marine environments.

Sustainable development is our consistent approach, and while ensuring that the performance of the new underwater non dispersible cement slurry meets the standards, we hope to further improve the low-carbon and environmentally friendly properties of the new underwater non dispersible cement slurry.
