Recruitment Process
The specific application process you'll go through depends on several factors: job title, location, and department or business area. Nonetheless, the purpose of the process is the same: to increase our mutual understanding. We can give you an overview of the process.
Online Application
Searching online is the best way to search for jobs. Once you find a job that interests you, please send us your resume, academic certificate, the position you are applying for by email. You will receive confirmation from us within 48 hours of receiving your application email. We then look at your application to assess whether your skills and qualifications meet the job requirements. Depending on the position you are applying for, the next steps may be a phone interview, a personal interview including: an online interview or an invitation to an offline interview (or any combination of several steps).
Phone interview
If your application is a good fit for the position, we will invite you to a phone interview with a member of our team. This allows us to further assess your abilities and learn more about you.
personal interview
If the telephone interview results are good, we will invite you to a personal interview with the Human Resources and/or Hiring Manager. Through this opportunity, we gain insight into your skills and experience and you can showcase your personality.
Evaluate
After your personal interview, our company will make an assessment based on your personal interview performance. The evaluation time is within 10 work days.
Onboarding
Onboarding is the final stage of the application process. The onboarding process involves filling out some documents and signing a contract. We'll also send you other materials to help you prepare for your first day on the job - we want you to have a great start at Balsam Laboratory.
