On June 10, 2022, the Technology Center of Shanghai Shentong Metro Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Technology Center) convened construction units, shield tail sealing grease suppliers and professional colleges to hold a special meeting on shield tail sealing grease performance and testing methods. The discussion mainly focuses on four aspects: the performance parameters of shield tail sealing grease involved in actual construction, the test method of shield tail sealing grease, the technical standard of shield tail sealing grease, and the field use management of shield tail sealing grease.
Balsam laboratory (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. elaborated and discussed the shield tail sealing grease test method and the shield tail sealing grease technical standard in detail, and derived the corresponding performance parameters of the shield tail sealing grease: density, consistency, pumpability , spread evenly, adhesion and water erosion resistance. At the same time, other units and technical centers expounded and discussed the construction performance parameters and on-site use management of shield tail grease.
This symposium was successfully completed, thanks to the strong support of the Technology Center and the great attention it paid to the shield tail sealing system.
